Critical Pedagogy in Political Science
I serve as co-convenor (with Da'Von Boyd, Giulia Oskian, and Joy Wang) of the Critical Political Science Pedagogy project, which seeks to cultivate an engaged community of political science instructors at Yale who share a commitment to center topics (e.g. race, gender, intersectionality) often considered marginal to “core” political science, and to integrate practices of democratic participation and open inquiry into the political science classroom.
